The Enquiry Script

Everyone has had the saying “You only get one chance at a first impression”. So most business owners make sure to make eye contact, give a solid handshake, listen, all that good stuff, but what if the first impression is on the phone? It’s still a first impression, and if it’s the work phone, it’s a very important first interaction with your business. Being polite, energetic, and knowledgeable is a good start but that’s only scratching the surface.
