The 6 Week Break Strategy (Part 2)

Here it is, the second part of the 6 Week Break Strategy episode. If you haven’t already, make sure you go back and listen to Part 1 to get a bit of background and context. This strategy was taken from a session with the Profitable Tradie Boardroom members, it’s so valuable that it needed to be shared so that all trades business owners can work toward this goal and reap the rewards of the 6 Week Break Strategy.

When carried out properly this strategy will do wonders for your business. At the end of the day, it is a ‘stress test’ but by taking the plunge once and understanding there will be some challenges, you will make life a whole lot easier. You will witness the business find ways to keep the wheels turning even when you’re not around, which is great for the development of your staff. Not to mention that a business that can run without you there is worth a hell of a lot more money, if you were ever to sell it!
